Day 103 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
- Read NTI Mark 13 in full.
- Contemplate this excerpt from today’s reading: “There is only now. Accept all that I say as true. Keep watch in your mind, even unto this moment. Now is the time for salvation, for there is no other time but now.”
- Write one sentence to a few sentences that captures the essence of what that excerpt means to you.
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for 12-20 minutes and practice the ‘Do Nothing’ meditation. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Crackling Fireplace
- At least 8 times throughout the day, pause for a few moments and reflect on your sentence(s) from #3 above.
