Day 104 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
- Read NTI Mark 14 (v1,2) through (v27-31).
- Contemplate this excerpt from today’s reading: “Drink from this cup. It is the cup of forgiveness. As you drink together, forgive one another your imaginings, for you must love one another just as God loves you.”
- Write one sentence to a few sentences that encourage you to let go of your judgments and opinions (imaginings) about the people in your life.
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for 12-20 minutes and practice the ‘Do Nothing’ meditation. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Wind Farm
