  2. Contemplate the apostles’ reactions to Jesus’ arrest. How is this story helpful to you?
  3. Write one sentence to a few sentences that will help you reflect on the helpfulness in this story.

Tomorrow:

  1. Set a timer for 12-20 minutes and practice the ‘Do Nothing’ meditation. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Log Cabin with Fireplace
  2. At least 8 times throughout the day, pause for a few moments and reflect on your sentence(s) from #3 above.
