  1. Set a timer for 12-20 minutes and practice the ‘Do Nothing’ meditation. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Beach Pier
  2. At least 8 times throughout the day, pause for a few moments and reflect on your sentence(s) from #3 above.
