  1. Read NTI Mark 15 (v33-41).
  2. Contemplate what is written in today’s reading about the healed and unhealed mind. What stands out as meaningful to you?
  3. Write one sentence to a few sentences that will help you reflect on that further.

Tomorrow:

  1. Set a timer for 12-20 minutes and practice the ‘Do Nothing’ meditation. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Relaxing Waves
  2. At least 8 times throughout the day, pause for a few moments and reflect on your sentence(s) from #3 above.
