Day 113 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
- Read NTI Mark 15 (v42-47).
- Contemplate this excerpt from today’s reading: “Then the man who buried the body fell to his knees in gratitude, for he knew the presence within his own mind and was grateful for it.”
- Write one sentence to a few sentences that will remind you to be grateful for the presence within.
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for 12-20 minutes and practice the ‘Do Nothing’ meditation. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Nature Relaxation
- At least 8 times throughout the day, pause for a few moments and reflect on your sentence(s) from #3 above.
