Read NTI Luke 14 (v15-24) to the end of the chapter.

Tomorrow:

  1. Set a timer for 15-30 minutes and practice the ‘Do Nothing’ meditation. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Sun & Space Wind
  2. Watch your mind for judgments about others. When you notice a judgment, say this to yourself: Judgment creates the sense of separation, but the Spirit of God is one. I am willing to let go of my judgments.
