Day 217 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
- Read NTI Acts 2 in full.
- Write your own prayer or devotional aspiration that will encourage you to seek guidance more regularly instead of following your own thinking.
Tomorrow:
- Meditate by focusing on being. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Zen Garden River
- Take a break 8 times during the day, and pray the prayer you wrote or reflect on your devotional aspiration.
