This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Acts 11 in full.
Tomorrow:
- Close your eyes and meditate by being aware. See how deep your awareness can go in the length of time that you’ve decided to meditate.
- Be aware of the thinking in your mind. As you watch the stories that go on there:
(a) Contemplate which you want: Thinking or the peace that comes from beyond thinking?
(b) If you choose peace over thinking, continue to ask intuition for guidance regularly throughout the day.
