- If you are feeling a negative emotion, practice Leo’s superconductor exercise, which started at 13:25 in this video. If you are feeling negative in any way, do this exercise before doing the reading.
- Read NTI Matthew 11 (v1-6) thru (v16-19).

Notice whenever you are upset by something in the world. Each time, say this to yourself:
There is no truth in the world. I give willingness to find out what truth is.
