  2. As you go about your day, be the observer of your experience.
    (a) Notice as much as you can about your thoughts, feelings, perception and reactions.
    (b) As you observe, continually ask yourself: Do I want to continue to believe what I have always believed or am I willing to let go of my beliefs to discover reality?
