This evening (or tomorrow morning):

Read NTI Romans 11 (v11-16) to the end of the chapter.

Tomorrow:

  1. Close your eyes and meditate by being aware. See how deep your awareness can go in the length of time that you’ve decided to meditate.
  2. As you go about your day, notice any suffering (upset) you experience, big or small. As you notice, ask yourself: Do I want to continue to believe that I am this limited person who suffers or am I willing realize my true Self?
