Tomorrow:

  1. Close your eyes and meditate by being aware. See how deep your awareness can go in the length of time that you’ve decided to meditate.
  2. As you go about your day:
    (a) Notice when your mind judges. Ask yourself: Do I want this judgment?
    (b) If you realize that you don’t want it, replace the judgment with truth by saying: It is what it is.
