Read NTI Romans 15 in full.
Tomorrow:
- Meditate with this 30-minute guided meditation, Being Aware.
- As you go about your day, notice your individual will (wants/desires). What do you notice about it?
(a) Is it self-centric?
(b) Does it conflict with anyone else’s will?
(c) Does it conflict with itself? (For example, does one desire conflict with another desire?)
(d) Does it create new problems?
(e) Does it upset or cause suffering for you or anyone else?
(f) Does it accept people and things as they are, or does it want them to be different?
(g) Does it want to control people or events?
(h) Has it been consistent over your entire lifetime?
(i) Are you willing to surrender your will for the will of oneness?
