- Meditate with this 30-minute guided meditation, Noticing Open Stillness.
- Watch the mind for thinking about the future.
(a) Become the superconductor and let those thoughts go.
(b) Practice being comfortable living in ‘I don’t know’. - Practice surrender by asking for current moment guidance throughout the day.
