Day 314 Assignment

This evening (or tomorrow morning):

Read NTI 2 Corinthians 9 (v1-5) thru (v6-9).

Tomorrow:

1. Practice open eye meditation. If you would like to, use this video in your practice: Lakeshore
   (The meditation video was specifically selected for the open eye meditation. However, if the link to the previous video is broken, please select another video from this playlist.)
2. Tune in to intuition throughout the day. Focus on staying with it.
   (a) When you slip into mind’s judgments and stories, simply shift back to intuition.
3. Play Leo’s letting go game. Find three things to let go of during the day.

Sometime this weekend:

1. Listen to this 32-minute video, How to Meditate Deeper.
2. As you watch the video, pay attention to intuition and feel for which stage of meditation is best for you. (You will begin using that meditation in a couple of days.)
