Day 327 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
- Read NTI Galatians 4 (v21-31) to the end of the chapter.
- Listen to this teaching from Galatians 4 beginning at 31 minutes to the end of the audio. This section of the audio is about 16 minutes long.
Tomorrow:
- Meditate using the stage 1, 2 or 3 meditation technique, whichever suits you best.
- Accept what is as it is. Accept situations, people and yourself. If you cannot accept something as it is:
(a) Accept your resistance or judgment as it is, and then …
(b) Give appreciative attention to your willingness to accept everything as it is.
