1. Read NTI Galatians 6 in full.
2. Select a situation or person that you want to forgive. Practice forgiveness as it is taught in NTI Galatians 6. (You may want to reread NTI Galatians 6 as you go through the forgiveness process emotionally.)

Tomorrow:

Meditate using the stage 1, 2 or 3 meditation technique, whichever suits you best.
