Read NTI Ephesians 1 in full.

Tomorrow:

1. Meditate using the stage 1, 2 or 3 meditation technique, whichever suits you best.
2. Notice the thoughts you give attention to, not at the story level, but at the vibration or content level.
   (a) Ask: Is this what I want to receive?
   (b) If not, let it go. Place attention with your spiritual purpose instead.
