Listen to the first 19:50 minutes of this audio teaching from NTI Ephesians 4. You will listen to the rest of the audio tomorrow.

- Meditate using the stage 1, 2 or 3 meditation technique, whichever suits you best.
- Notice the vibration or content of the thoughts you pay attention to.
