Read NTI Ephesians 5 in full.

Tomorrow:

1. Meditate using the stage 1, 2 or 3 meditation technique, whichever suits you best.
2. Notice the content or vibration of your current experience. Realize this has come to you in this way, because of where you have placed attention in the past.
   (a) Ask: Do I want to continue to give and receive this?
   (b) If not, shift your way of being to a way of being that you do want to give and receive. It’s helpful to ask within to discover what that way of being is.
