This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Listen to this audio teaching of NTI Philippians beginning at 19:10.
Note: Be sure you can be alone and undisturbed as you listen to this audio, since part of this audio is similar to a guided meditation. It will take 28 minutes to listen to this portion of the audio.
Tomorrow:
- Meditate using the stage 1, 2 or 3 meditation technique, whichever suits you best.
- Watch what your body says (talks about) and does today. If it is not aligned with your purpose:
(a) Consider shifting into a way of being that is in harmony with your spiritual purpose, or
(b) Stay with the misaligned behavior and watch it with conscious awareness.
