This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Colossians 4 (v10-15) to the end of the chapter.
Tomorrow:
- Meditate using the stage 1, 2 or 3 meditation technique, whichever suits you best.
- Pay attention to what you communicate through our oneness:
(a) Notice what the body says and does; it reflects where your attention is.
(b) Notice what you think about others, including what you think they think about you.
(c) If you notice you are communicating something you do not want to communicate, shift attention and beingness to be in harmony with your spiritual purpose.
