This evening (or tomorrow morning):

Read NTI James 3 in full.

Tomorrow:

1. Set a timer for the amount of time you want to meditate, and then meditate with this Loving Consciousness audio.
2. Trust yourself in this way today:
   (a) Trust that you lead yourself through your spiritual purpose.
   (b) Watch for other desires in your mind, including subtle desires.
   (c) When you notice a desire other than your spiritual purpose, simply return focus to your spiritual purpose; trust your spiritual purpose.
