Day 460 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Revelation 2 (v1-3) thru (v8-10).
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for the amount of time you want to meditate, and then meditate with this Awareness-Watching-Awareness audio.
- Watch the ego voice in your mind.
(a) Realize it is the voice of confusion. It sees you as a separate person, and if you believe it, you will see yourself as a separate person too.
(b) Get in touch with your desire to know the true Self. Let go of what ego says and focus on isness-awareness.
