This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Revelation 9 in full.
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for the amount of time you want to meditate, and then meditate with this Awareness-Watching-Awareness audio.
- Contemplate lesson #3 from NTI Revelation 7. Write what comes to you as you contemplate it.
- Realize there are false beliefs in your mind, which color how you see yourself and the world. The ‘king’ of these false beliefs is the belief you are a person. Take a few minutes to give willingness for these beliefs to be exposed to awareness so they can be healed.
