Day 473 Assignment

This evening (or tomorrow morning):

Read NTI Revelation 11 in full.

Tomorrow:

  1. Set a timer for the amount of time you want to meditate, and then meditate with this Awareness-Watching-Awareness audio.
  2. Contemplate lesson #5 from NTI Revelation 7. Write what comes to you as you contemplate it.
  3. Be aware of the ego voice in your mind.
    (a) Realize it is confused because it sees you as a separate person, and if you believe it, you see yourself as a separate person too.
    (b) Get in touch with your desire to know your true Self.
    (c) Let go of what the ego is saying and focus on isness-awareness.
