Day 481 Assignment
This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Revelation 17 (v7-8) thru the end of the chapter.
Tomorrow:
- Set a timer for the amount of time you want to meditate, and then meditate with this Awareness-Watching-Awareness audio.
- Contemplate lesson #12 from NTI Revelation 7. Write what comes to you as you contemplate it.
- Watch the mind for egoic (self-centric ) thinking. Any thinking from “my” point-of-view about “me” as a separate person, about “others” or “the world” is ego. Watch ego, noticing it is ego, while doing your best not to believe it.
