  2. Contemplate your willingness for continued spiritual practice after the 500 Days ends.

  1. Set a timer for the amount of time you want to meditate, and then meditate with this Awareness-Watching-Awareness audio.
  2. Love yourself, everyone and all things as consciousness-isness-awareness.
