This evening (or tomorrow morning):
- Read NTI John 10 in full.
- Contemplate (v22-42). Write down the clarity that comes to you through the contemplation.
Tomorrow:
- Meditate by focusing on being. If you would like to, watch this video as you practice the meditation: Tiny Beach
- Watch your thoughts. As you notice what they say, ask yourself, “Do these thoughts come from the Light?” Notice that you do know the answer.
