  2. Contemplate (v1-11). Write down the clarity that comes to you through the contemplation.

Tomorrow:

  1. Meditate with this 30-minute guided meditation, Contemplating Humanness.
  2. Watch for your individual points-of-view or opinions. When you notice them, ask: Is this a universal way of thinking, or is this my fog and shadow?  Notice that you do know the answer.
