This evening (or tomorrow morning):
Read NTI Romans 2 (v1-4) thru (v5-11).
Tomorrow:
- Meditate with this 36-minute guided meditation, Awakening Intention.
- Pay attention to notice when you want something your way. When you see this wish:
(a) Discern for yourself: Is the current thinking ego-reasoning or right-reasoning?
(b) Ask: What do I want to live by? Ego-reasoning or right-reasoning?
(c) If you want to live by right-reasoning and the current thinking is egoic, let go of your thinking & ask intuition for guidance.
(d) If you want to live by right-reasoning and the current thinking is right-reasoning, trust it and follow its guidance.
(e) If you want to live by ego-reasoning, observe the result of your decision. Did it cause happiness or some type of upset/suffering?
