Tomorrow:
- Meditate using the stage 1, 2 or 3 meditation technique, whichever suits you best.
- Put your spiritual purpose first today:
(a) Let your spiritual purpose lead in how you think, perceive, experience and act.
(b) If you forget your purpose and find yourself caught up in the world or thought, simply shift back into putting your purpose first and letting it lead.
