Read NTI 2 Peter 1 (v1, 2) thru (v10,11).

Tomorrow:

1. Set a timer for the amount of time you want to meditate, and then meditate with this Awareness-Watching-Awareness audio. Notice you can choose a 60-minute audio with music or a shorter audio without music.
2. Stay with this focus today:
   (a) Notice when you look outside yourself for happiness, security, love or a sense of worth.
   (b) Recognize you are looking in the wrong direction for abundance.
   (c) Turn attention to yourself, isness-awareness-peace.
