  2. Contemplate your willingness to trust the teachings more than your thoughts or perceptions.

  1. Set a timer for the amount of time you want to meditate, and then meditate with this Awareness-Watching-Awareness audio.
  2. With purpose and spiritual intuition as your guide, live your spiritual purpose throughout the day.
