@aggie  HI Aggie! Thank you for responding! The notifications of a new entry of a topic I was subscribed to didn’t go into the span folder.  I have clicked on the confirmation emails I received in the past. I went to my ‘profile’ and under subscriptions, the topics I thought I had subscribed to didn’t show that I was subscribed. What I think happened is I didn’t click ‘update subscriptions’ after checking the boxes on the topics I wanted to subscribe to in the profile section. I am woefully inadequate in tech stuff, so thank you for the patience! Much love, Shawna
