What is this mystical Islamic religion, which has produced great seers such as Rumi and Hafiz? What do Sufis believe about God? What does it mean to totally empty yourself? Join us for “Introduction to Sufi Thought” and discover the heart of the Sufi by experiencing it directly, within yourself.

In this class you will:

  1. Become familiar with the mystical path of Islam known as Sufism.
  2. Practice inner devotion and observe its effects.

PurposeThe purpose of this course is to introduce participants to the inner devotional practice of spirituality through Sufism.

Course Duration: 5 weeks

Course Starting Date: 3-5 p.m. ET Friday, April 4, 2025

Homework Begins: Friday, March 28, 2025

Last Day of Course: 3-5 p.m. ET Friday, May 2, 2025

Individual Homework Time Commitment: 30-60 minutes per day, 6 days per week.
