I have been having trouble with my mind narrating my meditation. It would say things like, oh there it is, I see awareness. Oh, now it’s gone, etc.
An inside came to me today. Inner Wisdom suggested that I give my mind a mantra that focuses it. The mantra is aware of awareness, or aware of aware. Then Inner Wisdom said when you get into meditation with your mantra, eventually you will drop the mantra and just be.
