I have come across an app called Reimagining the Examen….a reimagining of St Ignatius’ 500 year old prayer. The app itself is quiet lovely but what I find really wonderful is that the prayer has been re-worked for all kinds of reflections. Discovering my weak spots, Am I free or unfree?, Was I present or absent? Identifying Inner Wounds. A Pending Decision and many more. Of course it has a Christian bent but not so much so that you can’t see the worth of the process to bring one closer to our inner Self and the eternal One.
